ORI Wiring & Assembly Ltd. provides you with a highly experienced team in wiring and electronic systems, led by CEO and owner Itay Shpilman—an Industrial Engineering and Management professional with an MBA and graduate of a directors’ training program—bringing over 20 years of proven experience in wiring and assembly. Previously, Itay served as CEO of a company that launched new product lines and business activities, establishing itself as a leader in its field. Within a short time, the workforce grew from 15 to over 100 employees, with sales doubling every two years, and annual revenue reaching tens of millions of NIS.

Added Value in Every Assembly
Production and assembly processes at ORI Wiring & Assembly take place in a modern, spacious facility in Yokneam, northern Israel, spanning 760 m². Local manufacturing, combined with an efficient supply chain, enables exceptional responsiveness and short lead times for every task – from product file preparation through development series to full-scale serial production.
Operational workflows are managed through the Priority ERP system, supporting procurement, workflow, and production planning.
Quality testing is performed using CIRRIS testing systems, verifying complex wiring and harnesses and ensuring full electrical integrity.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control
A proactive Quality Assurance (QA) framework ensuring comprehensive process planning and procedure development, alongside a reactive Quality Control (QC) system for identifying and correcting defects and deviations in the final product. All of this is supported by the use of advanced testing equipment and the execution of rigorous internal and external audits.
